A PLEA BARGAIN PRODUCED A GUILTY PLEA FROM 33 YEAR OLD DAVID LAVERA THIS AFTERNOON. THE SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA MAN WAS ARRESTED IN JUNE LAST YEAR. HE ALLEGEDLY HAD SEXUAL CONTACT WITH A 14 YEAR OLD BAXTER GIRL AND ENTICED HER INTO HIS VEHICLE.
