MILES PER HOUR WESTBOUND ON I-80…ABOUT A MILE EAST OF COLFAX. THE NEWTON

TEEN REPORTEDLY TOOK THE COLFAX EXIT AND HEADED NORTH ON HIGHWAY 117. AS

THE OFFICER PURSUED…RABEDEAUX ALLEGEDLY CONTINUED IN EXCESS OF 100

MILES PER HOUR, REACHING A RADAR RECORDED SPEED OF 139 MILES PER HOUR.

THE OFFICER ENDED UP FINDING RABEDEAUX IN COLLINS, AND ARRESTED
 
HIM WITHOUT INCIDENT.
